Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised and the items are accepted for fulfilment. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed dates.
Returns
Contact hello@ascend.com to arrange a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging unless covered by our trial or warranty terms.
