Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you provide at checkout — name, contact details, shipping and billing address — along with order information. Payments and checkout are processed by Shopify; card details are never stored by Ascend.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and, where you have opted in, send occasional updates about new pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers
We share only what is necessary with the providers who help us operate: Shopify for storefront, checkout and order management, and our delivery partners for shipping.
Your choices
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@ascend.com. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
