Question 1

How does modular seating work?

Accepted Answer

Each Ascend sofa is built from individual modules — seats, corners, arms and ottomans — that lock together with interlocking clips. You choose how many modules you need, and they hold together as a single, solid piece.

Question 2

Can I rearrange it?

Accepted Answer

Any time. Modules separate and reconnect without tools, so you can move from an L shape to a U shape, split it into two sofas, or add modules later as your space changes.

Question 3

Are the covers washable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every cover unzips completely and is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry and reattach — no dry cleaning, no special treatment.

Question 4

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver free across the contiguous United States. Modules ship in compact boxes that fit through standard doorways, stairwells and elevators.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

In-stock configurations arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking for every box in your order.
